Welcome to GrillBoost.

The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to GrillBoost. GrillBoost operates this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services").

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technological infrastructure that enables us to offer our Services and products.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published on the Site, govern your use of the Site and purchases made through it.

By accessing or using the Site or making a purchase through it, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, its regulations, or any other applicable mandatory law.

You may use the Site only in accordance with applicable law.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, or permit unauthorized use of your account.

2. Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to display GrillBoost products, their features, images, and related information as accurately as possible.

However, colors, shades, and appearance may vary depending on the device, screen, lighting, and photography.

Product descriptions, availability, and prices may be updated from time to time.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility in the event of misleading information, non-conformity, defects, or any other rights available to consumers under applicable law.

3. Orders

Submitting an order through the Site constitutes a request to purchase the products included in the order.

We may reject or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, lack of inventory, or limitations affecting our ability to supply the product, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Customer cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Prices, Currency and Taxes

Product prices on the Site are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

GrillBoost operates in Israel as a VAT-exempt dealer ("Osek Patur") and does not collect Israeli VAT for as long as it remains legally entitled to that status.

Orders delivered to other countries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside GrillBoost's control.

Customers must provide complete and accurate purchase, shipping, and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery times displayed on the Site are estimates unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Delays may occur due to carriers, customs procedures, unforeseen events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to a customer under applicable law in the event of failure to deliver within the applicable delivery period.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations and returns are handled in accordance with GrillBoost's Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, where applicable.

If any company policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on the Site, including the GrillBoost name, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, designs, and other content, is owned by GrillBoost or lawfully used by it.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit such content without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.

Trademarks and content belonging to Shopify or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

GrillBoost is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third parties outside its control, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Relationship with Shopify

The store operates using technology provided by Shopify.

Purchases of GrillBoost products are transactions between the customer and GrillBoost, not between the customer and Shopify.

Use of Shopify's platform may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.

11. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and transfer of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Because the Site uses Shopify and other service providers, certain information may be processed or stored outside the customer's country of residence, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Reviews, Suggestions and Feedback

If you submit a review, suggestion, idea, or other feedback to GrillBoost, you grant GrillBoost permission to use that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

You represent that content submitted by you does not unlawfully infringe the rights of others and does not contain unlawful material or malicious code.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but good-faith errors may occur in prices, product descriptions, availability, promotions, or other information.

If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will act in accordance with applicable law and notify the customer where required.

18. Indemnification

Subject to applicable law, a user who unlawfully uses the Site or breaches these Terms and thereby causes damage to GrillBoost may be responsible for damages directly resulting from that breach.

Nothing in this section imposes liability on a consumer beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent possible.

20. Waiver and Agreement

Our failure to exercise a right in a particular case does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.

These Terms and the policies referenced in them govern use of the Site and transactions made through it, subject to all applicable mandatory laws.

21. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms in a manner that prejudices GrillBoost's rights without appropriate consent.

GrillBoost may transfer its rights or business to another party in accordance with applicable law, provided that doing so does not reduce any consumer rights provided by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions made through the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in a customer's country of residence that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights granted under applicable law.

Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to the Services, our business operations, or legal requirements.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already acquired by a customer in relation to a completed transaction where applicable law does not permit such a reduction.
